What do I need to do to get my alpha rank?

I followed the post on the discord and sent a dm to mandy with no reply now, I did it when the post was made.

I have posted in other threads where others were also missing the rank, with no luck.

I have not received the email about an invite link and as you can see next to my name, I show as member, and not with the alpha rank.

So what more do I have to do to get the invite?


And the link for the badge is invalid to me as I do not have the rank.
