Is There A Level Cap For Players?

Just curious. I'm good with it either way. Like the advisors have a cap of 100. I was wondering if players had the same cap.

Not reached cap, at least? I've passed 101 recently but Hugo (https://youtu.be/kFNrIIiL_VQ) has level over 430.
