Grand Sacrifice Shouldn't Be Exclusive To Cannonback
I'm absolutely in favor of each guard having a unique mod. But this particular mod is far too generic and frankly a waste on cannonback. Cannonback should have a unique mod related to it's cannonballs. For instance:
Napalm Explosion - Leaves a fire patch where the bomb explodes.
Bouncing Explosive - Bombs bounce further before exploding.
Cluster Bomb - Upon impact, the bomb fragments into smaller bombs that explode with smaller individual radius.
Something like that. All the guards should have the option to explode in the raiders face. Basically it's just the living version of dead man's switch.

If they made it a general mod then assassin would have it anyway.

I'd like to think there is a better unique mod out there for assassin. Plus things shouldn't be taken away from players. People have bases out there with grand sacrifice on cannonback. They shouldn't have to rebuild or change their base for such a dumb reason.

they already have forced build changes via patches with capacity and difficulty cost changes.
