The Incinerator balancing changes are way too much.
Let's consider the entire change:
- It still costs 70 capacity.
- You can now pass through it with grappling (default), enhancements, or Spike Drive.
- You can use the Arc Barrier last second and still be save.
- It only has a range of 4 blocks default.
- The fire takes a lot to come out.
- Guards die from fire.
The changes are not worth it the very long time to kill added, this is just a giant nerf with no compensation. Not worth 70 capacity.

With the new Spontaneous mod i think their are some downright oppressive set ups that could have been made with the old flamethrower. the activation change may need like a .2-.5 sec increase though.

That's a problem with the spontaneous mod, not with the incinerator. It's possible to build oppressive setups using nothing but corrosive cubes.

I don't know. I kind of like where incinerators are now. It always felt crappy when you blocked incinerator with your shield, but if you tried to shoot the incinerator even from point blank range the incinerator would kill you since attacking turns off the shield. But now there is that very small window of time where you are exposed to flames but not instantly killed where you can actually act around them. The same goes with swords. They were just too oppressive against swords. Now you have a little more of a chance against them. And incinerators are still extremely powerful. They still fill a void in the builders toolbox. But if you don't like them and don't want to use them anymore, that's okay too.

I kinda agree with this, but I think the TTK window is still too long, so it should be tighter imo, especially considering now the activation time is longer.
