The Incinerator balancing changes are way too much.

Let's consider the entire change:

  • It still costs 70 capacity.
  • You can now pass through it with grappling (default), enhancements, or Spike Drive.
  • You can use the Arc Barrier last second and still be save.
  • It only has a range of 4 blocks default.
  • The fire takes a lot to come out.
  • Guards die from fire.

The changes are not worth it the very long time to kill added, this is just a giant nerf with no compensation. Not worth 70 capacity.
