Huntress' hatchets are bugged, they come from "left", instead of being centered.
The hatchets come out from "left" compared to being centered in the centre of the screen. It's an easy bug to verifiy, just go into a custom game. It has never been like this since Huntress was released, it's 100% a bug.

Being able to hear guards' and traps sounds through Second Phase Holocubes.
I don't know if it works also for Corrosive cubes, but from 2 patches before you can hear everything through an Holocube, revoming and ruining the surprise element. Before it wasn't like that, you couldn't hear Guards and their sounds through holocubes, because they're solid blocks until you get the Genmat.

Pinhead/Cenobite lament configuraiton bug when survivor with it goes inside a locker

I was wrong, Self Care was nerfed too much
What I said in this post: seems fair enough, but 35% is just too much. I still think 50% efficiency shouldn't be possible, so buff it to 43/45%. 45 seconds of Self Caring (41± with an average of 2 skillchecks) is just TERRIBLE.
