Why do Michael Myers have his own chase music and other licensed killers like Pigface doesn't?

I've been wanting to ask this question because it would be cool to have the theme from "Saw" playing when in a chase with Pigface or with the clown, he could have circus music playing when in a chase with him?

    Also because the music is a part of the legacy of the character.

    Saw doesn't really have music that is good playing on a looped track, I couldn't imagine Hello zepp being played on repeat.
