Auric Cells for waiting?
Could we get 10 Auric Cells or Shards for every 10 min spend waiting in matchmaking?

No. Just try switching sides if one takes to long. Usually works for me.

both sides take at least 10mins to find a match for me...

It sounds good but do we really need developers to waste time programming code for that to happen when they could be working on ways to fix the real problem and just speed up matchmaking?

Well if there is an incentive to shorten matchmaking time they probably will. But right now, it seems, they are more motivated to explore additional revenue streams.

Unfortunately there is no incentive for the developers to implement something like this.
