are survs suiciding on first hook yet?
just asking because of DC penalties.
there is no penalty for suiciding first hook though, so i expect these to skyrocket. just curious..

Plenty do already. Can't really blame the logic as frustrating as it is. If you get downed early--
Quickly find a new game vs probably get tunneled and camped to death for a few minutes...

Of course the DC Penalties will not change anything. People who thought they would are simply not thinking ahead.

How long do the penalties last? I can't play DbD until tomorrow.
And in my opinion, early suicides should also penalize (such as committing suicide when not a minute has passed since the match began).

I dc'd once since the DC thingy and I got timed out for 30s I just wanted to see how long the first one was.

no because if someone is hooked and they are being face camped they shouldn't have to stay in that match. If they dont want to, The dc's are being taken care of, Its like telling the devs that every single person that joins a lobby is a hostage for the next x-amount of mins..which no..not happening lol

Hopefully they get tired of it and quit playing. Survivors would be better off not dealing with DC happy teammates.
Some of these players egos won't allow themselves to be hooked and they will still DC.
Killers too. Ones that DC because they're going to lose should quit as well.

As long as it takes more than one or two suicides to trigger a penalty (since it would suck hard to get punished for accidentally slipping on the button mashing), I'm for it.

I disagree. You can NOT give them the options to attempt escape, and not struggle, and ban people for it.
If they do this, they need to remove the need to struggle by mashing a button.

Exactly. People can still ruin the experience of the other players by Suiciding or going AFK. But people who have technical issues or are the victim of Bugs (which happen in this game) will get punished.

I 100% support the removal of having to mash on the struggle state.

Spend more time punishing survivors than they do working on the matchmaking wait time for survivors. Devs are idiots
