Replace "Splinter" offerings
I just got Bone Splinter (the offering that allows you to play as the Cannibal) on my Ghost Face. I thought it might be good feedback to say that the splinter offerings (including Bone, Glass, Smoking, Black, etc.) should be completely removed from the game, or at minimum once you own the killer have them removed from the bloodweb entirely. These are worthless offerings to me.
I suggest that are all replaced with "Splinter of the Entity:" Start the game with a random killer with a randomly chosen selection of perks (including killers and perks that you have not yet unlocked). You do not any perks or killers after the game. Preference will be given to perks and killers you have no yet unlocked.

Or, perhaps I am experiencing a bug that is still allowing them to spawn in my blood webs. If so, please advise!

If you already own the killer. Then yes, that's a bug. And no. Don't remove them it was made to let people try out the killer and see if they are interested in buying said killer. That's why I got Michael, I used the splinter and I actually enjoyed Michael
