Why I think the devs are reworking more survivor perks than killer perks.
I see a lot of people talking about this on the forums and I think that people might be overlooking an aspect of the debate. Killers are all unique with their own powers while survivors are just reskins of each other. Because of this, seemingly useless perks on some killers are valuable on others. For example, Thanataphobia is almost useless on Michael Myers since the entire purpose of his power is to skip the injured state and down his victims in one stab. But on The Plague, Thanataphobia is a good perk since smart survivors won't cleanse and will stay injured for the whole match, which means a permanent 16% reduction to all action speeds. Meanwhile, survivors have only a few different playstyles to choose from, so perks like No Mither, Wake Up, and Technician almost always provide little to no value. Because of this, more survivor perks need to be reworked to be useful while most killer perks find use at one point or another or on certain killers. I think that the whole "survivor bias" thing in this debate is simply not as extreme as some people say and that the devs are just trying their best to make the game fun for everyone.
