Shirtless David's neck is too long

Why is it that David's shirtless skin in the PTB, the best skin in the game, makes it so he has a long ass ######### neck? He doesn't even have defined traps, he just has a stupidly long neck. It makes an otherwise amazing skin look unappealing.
