Why don't the icons for Dying Light and PWYF have the obsession tentacles around them?

All the other obsession perks have it, so why not these two?

    They do. Just not as pronounced as later released obsession perks.

    Dying Light has them, and the Spider's 2 front legs should be the Obsession tentacles.
