Yes, it does exist. It is called Rite of the Deathslinger, and you are tasked with spearing, reeling, and hitting 5 Survivors to get 30000 Bloodpoints.

Every new Killers release will come with new dailies for them to do, the same goes for the new Survivors as well.
So that daily above should show up, the one about "Kill a Survivor by your hands for 60k points" should also exist, and any other Zarina specific dailies like opening a gate or recusing someone for 30k points with Zarina.
