For the challenge Jane's Victory, do flashlight blinds count as stuns?

I don't think they do, maybe only if you save someone with a Flashlight, but not Flashlight blinds.
Head On stuns count tho.

They don't. Pallet Stuns, Head On Stuns and DS Stuns are the ones that always count. However, I think that if you flashlight save someone, it does count as a stun since the Killer did get stunned.
