What's wrong with mouse sensitivity ?

So, with the addition of the Deathslinger I've decided to change my dbd sensitivity to atleast somewhat match my Apex Legends sensitivity, but now that Im messing in the options I see something is wrong with the sensitivity, I have my killer sens set on 0% and it still does 2.5 360's with one mousepad swipe, where I'd like to have it close to 1, not only is this sens huge, I've noticed that changing the sens in general barely changes anything.

Anyone encountered this issue ? Any tips ?
