Instead of selecting an individual challenge, allow players to select a Tome Level.

Advantages :

  1. Avoid having to select a new challenge once one is completed.
  2. Avoid having to constantly change between survivor and killer challenge
  3. Allow players to try Master Challenges and avoid point 1 and 2.
  4. This keeps a sense of progression (still have to complete the challenges to unlock the Master Challenges and to reach the next Tome Level)

Alternatively, you could simply have all the unlocked challenges be selected thus removing the need to constantly select a new one or having to remember that you have an unlocked challenge somewhere that requires that specific perk that you just choose to use that one time.
