Why don't make rat liver basekit for Demogorgon at this point?
Demogorgon is rarely used, because he has some skillcap and people don't want to go through the bullying phase while learning new killers... personally i think i learnt everything i needed to with demo, every mindgame, cars tech, shred distances, timing.. so after playing him for a long time, i got that rat liver makes demo viable against good survivors... he's not bad without it, don't get me wrong, but he's much weaker and suffers some loops.... since it's a brown add ons and it's so good, at this point make it basekit.. It makes Demo efficient at every kind of loops, short, medium, long and so viable against good loopers, without being oppressive or too strong..

add ons like that should be removed anyway, if its too powerful (meaning default Demo is fine but with the add on he is better then fine thus slightly OP) and because its brown so many demo's can be OP all the time.
Or its needed to bring them slightly up the balance meaning its needless busywork constandly putting the add-on on and getting new ones in the bloodweb.
Man I hate add ons in this game so freaking much >:L

@SnakeSound222 make it that demo breaks pallet slightly faster with his shred (kinda like billy, bubba)
@ZoneDymo well with billy there is this problem, even brown add ons can be pretty good, billy basekit is really strong already.. but with demo.. i think he seriously need that one add ons base kit...

I'm not a Demo main, but I play him sometimes. I also want rat tail built into him so portals can be set up quicker at the start. It wouldn't even be a big buff, just a nice QOL change

Not that I'm opposed to Demo buffs as I think he could use some, but I don't think that really tackles his main issue which is giving too much information to survivors. I suppose we could do both though which sounds good to me and I don't think would be overpowered.

Agree even tho I love my big cute boys his screams stomps and my personal opinion teleport queue sound giveaway to much info

Honestly there's quite a few killers with god tier brown addons that should probably be base line. I really don't like this whole brown addon being so important that the killer has practically only one addon slot.

To be honest, I think lowering the overall volume of his screams would do more for it.
Demogorgon is so easy to go up againat because I can always tell where it is. Chasing someone else? Screams. Pallet stun? Different scream. Teleports? Different sound effect. And I'm on the other side of the map hearing these.
The freedom I get knowing that he isn't likely to go against me is pretty ridiculous.

Just chiming in to say I wholeheartedly agree - I think this would kick up Demo's pick rate. Rat tail is the Demo equivalent of moldy electrode for Doc. Feels really off to play them without it

tbh I don't see why he couldn't be 110% when charging of the abyss when Pyramid Head's ability goes through objects.

Yeah rat liver is also pretty much a must at red ranks and its a common addon anyways so why not.

I think demo addons shoud be reworked, they all have too less diference in the killer

Portal Speed/Portal quantity addons are pretty good, as are the Shred cooldown addons. Nothing on the level of "extra hatchets" or "50% demon dash charge reduction", but solid addons nontheless

I think 100% is a fair amount. PH needs speed to draw trenches. Demo doesn't.

Rather than quiet his screams, I think it'd be better to remove the portal travel audio cue. The map-wide screams are a fun part of the experience, and they give information that swf would normally have regardless. But the traveling audio is overkill. Rather than having the screams be random background noise, and the travel sound be the one to look out for, it'd be much more interesting if the survivors had to pay attention to the screams. If you hear the screaming you're fine, but if it stops suddenly, then you should be concerned that he might be portaling somewhere. Would really add an extra dimension to vsing him, pun intended.

Plz give the rat liver to poor demodog.
It gives him a chance against good survivors and he is not a very popular or strong killer. Nobody complains about him and he's really hard to get good with .
For players like me who don't like to use addons would make him so much more enjoyable.
