Instead of smashing the button to struggle on hook, give some skill checks.

Those hook skill checks wouldn't be affected by any killer power,perks etc.
It would be the same with like Pig reverse Bear traps or snapping put of it.

I would like that, imo to stop hook suicides I would make it so you couldn’t escape unless you had deliverance and then the could rework other perks affiliated with the hook escape, potentially change luck aswell
