7 - *thumbs up*
I really can't do him higher than this despite liking the crap out of him, but he has his weaknesses.
A good looper kills him, Spine Chill's increasing popularity certainly doesn't help, a squad of Flashlight wielders could be scary, etc. etc.
Nevertheless, i'll always feel like the general opinion on him is just a lil too low.

6 - It's Mkay
Pros:
- Philip has near-total invisibility when cloaked.
- While cloaked, Philip also has a nice speed boost, and keeps it for a bit afterwards, getting some nice distance to hit.
- He is the master at baiting out Dead Hard (I had to restrain myself here).
- Aura-reading perks do little against him due to invisibility.
Cons:
- Flashlights can rip him out of invisibility and mess him up, though this is honestly really hard to pull off (think I've only done it once an been hit by it once).
- As soon as Philip rings that bell, everyone should know to be more alert. Plus, he's slowed down while leaving invisibility, making his speed boost rather redundant, as he's just making up for lost time.
- Like every other stealth Killer, Philip is hard-countered by Spine Chill and, to a lesser degree, Premonition.
- M1 Killer with very little in the way of looping other than cloaking and uncloaking for the make-up speed boost.
Philip is more of a fun Killer than he is a competent Killer. He can do fine in the right hands, but he's considered low-tier by many for a reason.
