Is the Report System Not Working Again?
I recently saw people using auto-instant-heal and auto-kobe hacking, so I made a in-game report as well as a ticket on DBD Support website (since I know in-game report usually does not work). In the ticket, I attach a YouTube video link where I recorded the match and clicked the hacker's profile page so devs can verify their account information.
I reported two hackers in a row. However, sadly, after one week I submitting the ticket, nothing happens, devs have not replied me or even clicked the video I attached. I wonder if they still have their team working on reports and bans, since I had reported hackers before and it used to take 3-4 days to get the hacker banned.
I am not going to post the video link or the hacker info here cuz I dont want to name and shame people here, but devs please let me know if you are working on it. Because I spent 30mins on filling the tickets and now 10mins writing this post. I would be very frustrated if someone ignores the offensive behaviors and wastes my time and patience.
It turns into a big issue: DEVS NEED TO FIX THE REPORT SYSTEM.
Please, make your in-game report system work. Make an option that allows players to automatically record every match so we dont have to worry missing the evidence. Make an option that players can check match history so we dont have to worry mis-click "exit" in after-match chat.
I feel that many people tolerating the "small" offensive behaviors, like insult, glitch exploit, and afk, is just because it is too tedious to go through the procedure making a ticket, which is why those behaviors are so common in the game right now. But it does NOT mean it is something okay. Devs, please do your work.

I doubt they spend any resources in their DBD Mod department.

Same here. Two videos uploaded in May, one has a single view and 31 seconds view time (out of 1:43), the other one has no views.

It took 25 days to get one of my tickets "solved" (with ambigious "we will investigate"). On the other hand I had one ticket solved in a day (though it was easier to solve since it was harrasment report). The system is very inconsistent. Perhaps they don't have the manpower to do it efficiently.

I'm not sure if they actually do anything because a friend of mine tested out by working with The Killer and showing where someone was on a dummy account and had the other Survivor report it, three months later nothing ever happened to his dummy account. Yet the ticket was updated in May as solved.

I feel like it is more like a periodic thing. I remember there was a time (around end 2018) when hacking BPs and items was so common that many players complained for it, so the devs decided to go very strict with hacking. I know that one guy got banned for just hacking 1,000,000 blood-points.
It seems now that devs go back to take-no-action status again. What is more confusing is that in the new update, in after-match stats they forbid you to click the person's name to verify their profile, which makes a valid video report literally impossible. What a dumb update.....

I feel they start their ban hammers when it's convenient to them.
Remember the P3 exploit and the item exploit on the bloodwebs?
How conveniently they introduced a console ban system after that.
