Multiple issues need addressing.

1.) Survivor hit boxes need to be shrunk to the size of the survivor, quit catering to killers and allowing them to miss by a country mile and still hit, force them to actually have to hit the survivor not the invisible air around their person space!
2.) Fix huntress hatchets, at the current moment she is throwing semi truck sized hatchets literally mid way around a vehicle completely away from the flight of a hatchet and she still hits the "Invisible air" around my person because of the hit box bs. Hatchets hit boxes should be nothing more than the size of the hatchet! Once again you're catering to the killers and not forcing them to be precise with the killers they pick there is no reason why a hatchet should hit if it completely misses you. I have a literal 30 ping to servers so it isn't lag. There are numerous examples of this all over the internet through various streamers, youtube and pictures all over the net about this issue.
3.) Studder step while vaulting, I don't know about you but if I have someone trying to kill me I'm not gonna studder step before hopping a pallet and stop for a second I'm gonna jump right over it. The animation for this needs to be smoothed out to be a seamless vault no reason for the little half second stop before vault.
I know I sound like a salty survivor main but these are legit issues, I have no issues with skills or demand nerfs to killers etc just for the game to be better optimized, if a melee killer is going to swing it needs to connect with the body of the survivor and the hit box be the size of their weapon + arm. I can be behind a killer and still get hit because of the massive hit boxes. This box you use for hit boxes around the survivors is horrible, with you guys pushing better features you need to stop and fix bits of the game while you're at it.
I know killer mains might complain about how they'd never hit a survivor with these changes and that isn't the case you'd just have to adapt to play the game how it should have been all along. There are fundamental issues with the game that should have been solved before the game ever went live but somehow has stuck around all these years.
