Keys and Moris
I've seen a lot of threads covering the topic and I've had my fair share of annoying experiences with both. I do believe both keys and moris are cheap cop outs want to see them changed. Instead of just saying both are an issue, I'd like to share how I would change them and see what others think of my ideas.
Keys: I'd change them so that they can't instantly open the hatch. Opening the hatch has a 15 second animation that triggers a loud noise notification at the beginning of it. Keys would still have a use but wouldn't be as easy to use. They would require a little more planning than just running to it and popping it open instantly. I'd still keep the hatch not staying open forever after being opened.
Ebony Mori: A survivor can be mori'd after reaching the 2nd phase of sacrifice. This would make it not as easy too just end games by mori'ing everyone off of first hook, while still giving them a use. It's like Pyramid Head's Final Judgement without the torment. I'd leave Cypress and Ivory moris as they are because I don't see them being as unbalanced and game changing as an Ebony mori.
