#########? 2-4 man escapes all day
What the hell happened to DbD? I never reached R10 Survs before but I come back after around 1-2 years of break and just went from R20 to R5 in about 10 hours. I am an absolute potato and even I get like 80-90% escape rate and the times I die is because I make stupid decisions in the endgame.
At that point I am not even sure if it's possible to depip unless you literally get facecamped on first hook? All I do is repair a gen at the start of the match, then go for unhooks / heals and have a chase with the Killer and that's basically it, all gens are done and we escape? I feel like the hardest killers to go against are the campers/tunnelers or when they go for 3gen strat from the beginning and have good gen spawns. If they play "fair" then they get destroyed... It does feels like the Killers are literally afraid to play a bit scummy because it could upset the Survivors? loool

In case this isn't bait:
There's a lot of new players since the 4th anniversary, lots of them trying to play like they see it on youtube instead of, well, learning how the game actually works.
so, it's a bit of a gallimaufry right now.

Ahhh well, maybe that's it... But it's not just me, most Twitch streamers I watch also escape quite frequently and Killer streamers that usually 3-4k even end up getting 0k. I saw both Dowsey and Otzdarva getting 0 kills the other day and tru3, well... It seems like he's having a real hard time actually enjoying the game these days unless he plays Survivor. It feels so different now... no Ruin and literally no one is playing Nurse?
but yea at least they removed a few windows to get rid of some strong loops... maybe I was just lucky, let's see how it goes today :)

well, there's a couple of killers that have been added in the past 1-2 years (as you likely noticed). Lots of people play Spirit now, or pyramid head.
Also a couple of new maps that are a pain in the backside for survivors and killers alike.

And yet some survivor mains say that survivors are weaker than before

I mean its possible... highly unlikely but possible. 70 pips to go from 20 to 5, 2 pips per match, each match lasting 10 minutes.. you can do it in roughly 6 hours

Yeah haha, nice try killer main. Go lie somewhere else. Especially if you are playing solo, not possible.

turnover rate for killers is quite high due to how painful it is to play killer. Ranking up is easy, so you're just likely getting the latest wave of killer players that are relatively new to the game.
