I might on certain map it's not that bad but there's literally one guy nobody went after because pretty sure they could not find him.

Far right in between the locker and smoke from the fire.
This was actually surprisingly easy to spot.

From your screenshot I can see 1 person is hooked. They're between the locker and fire smoke. You and another are injured and looking at your perks there's no reason for you or them to see each other. The final survivor has their bar as glowing red, so unless you know for sure they were being healed off the ground there's a high chance they were being transported to a hook.

Must be a glitch there was indeed 2 hooked i've encircled them.
