PC - Insidious not working with Cloaked Wraith
Insidious does not proc when you are cloaked as Wraith. I get that you are technically using your power (and are already undetectable) but the description for Insidious says it deactivates if you "move or act" and I'd argue standing still while cloaked shouldn't count as acting.
Why is Insidious a big deal on Wraith who already has undetectable as his power? I saw an absolutely hilarious idea where you bring "The Beast" addon so you still have the TR when cloaked, and use Insidious with it so you can approach a survivor with your TR up while cloaked, stand still, he thinks you moved away, then you uncloak and smack him, etc. and combo it with Dark Devotion to scare survivors into thinking you're still chasing them.
As funny as this sounds, it cannot be done because insidious simply refuses to proc when you are cloaked.

This is unfortunate, but it might be intended. "The Beast" addon holds priority over perks. I have noticed this with Dark devotion as well. Hit your obsession and they get a terror radius of 32M and you become undetectable. But if you cloak, both you and your obsession have a terror radius because the "The Beast" Addon takes Priority over the perk. Same with Insidious.
So it might be intentional... but its weird
