MMR ≠ Old Playtime Ranks
I get it, people hear "We are adding MMR to help with matchmaking!" and they think it will be great out the get go and are unsatisfied. If you have played few games or are playing with very casual builds, you will see different results going forwards. The old ranks that were *mostly* based on playtime every month have little to absolutely nothing to do with the new MMR matchmaking.
I've been seeing a lot of posts recently showcasing screenshots of ranks in the post game lobby as proof the new system doesn't work. Tsk Tsk Tsk
Let some more time go by before you judge the system, after a few weeks we *should* be all in balanced games, assuming you play the game in the meantime. If by then it's all awful and kill rates are either 0K or 4K with no in between, then it'll be time to complain. Right now, though? Not so sure.
