Which bits and pieces of The Deathslinger's designs are his main-timeline bits?
Now, it's clear that the outfits for no killer all stem from the same timeline.
But especially with Caleb I wonder how much of the stuff in the outfit's lore and design happened to his main-verse self.
What do we have consistently?
- His leg is injured in ALL outfits (there's also two bulletholes on his upper leg in the blackmount vest outfit iirc)
- his broken jaw
- the noose scar around his neck
- the lip scar
so, can we say one way or the other these things happened to him throughout realities?
(sidenote: I love how the fandom pretty much agrees that the balding design from some outfits is NOT main-verse canon. Let the man have hair! )

I think you usually have to take cosmetics of a pinch of salt some do seem to reflect the main timeline Canon while some don't.
Feng Min is one of those interesting cases as a lot of her cosmetics have dates on them.
Her default outfit and her victory out are set around 2016 confirming that she not only took part in the tournament but won.
Her main event outfit confirms she was initiated into the laser bears in 2012.
Her spring recruit outfit confirms you fully became an official member and recruit around 2014
All of these are most likely canon to her main story.
But then you have outfits like the sea creature Trapper which clearly isn't Canon his main story.
So far there seems to be a few types of cosmetics
1) canonical cosmetics- this includes the default, archives and things that makes sense within the lore.
Examples- default Legion, Bush party and devil-may-care
2) thematic cosmetics- these cosmetics seem to be made from The Fog or found in the Fog to hit a certain theme or for fear. These are not Canon
Example- Sea Monster trapper, Scarecrow Wraith, Greek legend cosmetics.
3)Fog shenanigans- these cosmetics are up for debate on whether they are Canon or not. As they seem to be tied to specific story elements but forgotten outside of those.
For example- The blight cosmetics.
Now when it comes to timelines I don't think of it are alternate the timelines in Dead by daylight to the same extent that most people think they are.
Lorewise there aren't multiple of the same survivors and killers in the Fog (with the exception of legion but even then there's only one Joey and one Susie).
The alternate universes seem to be more sense where different elements happen rather than the exact same timelines.
For example universe one is where Min, Legion and most of the original Killers are from.
Then you have universe two where Michael and Freddy probably come from.
Lastly Universe 3 where you have Steve and Nancy who have Micheal Freddy and those people as fictional characters

Naturally i am taking them with a whole lump of salt XD
But for caleb's the listed things are fairly consistent throughout the designs
