Are these considered rare?

So I decided to boot up my PS4 because I had remembered I had DBD on it that I played ages ago. I had a look at some offerings and realised they're definetly not in the game anymore. So I wanted to ask:

  1. Are these rare (like how many players would have these still would you think)?
  2. How long ago were these removed (if you know)

EDIT: I have more photos but they aren't uploading, some were named Cattle Tag 28 (Slightly increased chance to be sent to coldwind) and Fuming Welcome Sign (Considerably increased chance to be sent to the MacMillan Estate)
