How big a part of Deathslinger's story is that Mason Kelly guy?

I kinda feel like there's unfathomed potential here.

Mason Kelly shows up in Caleb's lore several times:

His wanted poster is one of Caleb's addons, it's him who Caleb catches after his leg got shot to pieces, and it's Kelly's gang who kidnapped five of Caleb's men, leading to the Glenvale Massacre. And Kelly might be the bounty who escaped twice from the thorns add-on.

I'd really love to know more about this part of Caleb's story. Like, here's an enemy who is 'honest' about being an enemy.
