Does Calm Spirit prevent the AFK crows from appearing?

I'm thinking about adding calm spirit to my setup but I'm not sure how good it is. I know that it prevents you from screaming but is there any other things about it that I should know about? I heard calm spirit, iron will, quick & quiet, and urban evasion is the best setup for silence.

it only affects the crows already on the map, as the afk crows are a different thing.
