People who say it's to early to judge
It's pretty easy to see if say, a killer or a perk is bad just by reading what it does and how it performs the few first matches.
You don't need to eat the molded bread to to figure out if it's bad.
If it looks bad it's probably bad...

People said the same about the spirit when she dropped and now she's considered top tier, sometimes just because something looks bad doesn't mean it is

The killer definitely needs some refining, but dropping into a match and "oh my god I couldn't down anyone the first time I played a new killer" doesn't mean he's garbage

That's not even close to the same thing. Spirit actually was crap in the PTB, which is why people complained and she was buffed.

No she wasn't the only thing people complained about were sounds , her ptb state then is stronger than the sprirt we have now just for the no window animation and prayer bead add on she had, not to mention she had collision with survivors while phasing

She received a lot of changes/buffs from her original ptb release

Still stronger than the current spirit we have in the game

She had a directional phasing sound (audible while you were in the Terror Radius too) and a much longer power recharge time.
Not only was it impossible to surprise Survivors with her power, it took her much longer to get it back after using it - leaving her as a 110% M1 Killer in the mean time.

Spirit was not stronger on the PTB.

I'm guessing he'll lose the extra self stun after dashes and hits a survivor before he goes live. The self stun is just too much and ruins the flow of playing him.
Other than that, content creators seem to be trying to make his power work in loops when it's not useful there. Use it to cover large distances and catch up to survivors and that's pretty much it. His power does seem hard to control though.

Well my point from the start was just because people say he's garbage doesn't mean anything he's only been out a few hours now and nobody has mastered how to use him yet and he's still subject to change nothing is guaranteed

You're right, he hasn't even been out a day.
But that doesn't mean people can't give their opinions on the new content.
Obviously, day one thoughts aren't going to be as accurate as thoughts weeks or months in, but that doesn't make them worthless or necessarily inaccurate.
If you disagree with someone's opinion you should explain why you disagree; not just refuse to because it's "too early to know" or whatever. Which, I think, is what OP is complaining about.

The new killer looks like he could be strong in the right hands. The main problem is just that his ability has quite of bit of clunkiness and you can sometimes just get stuck between objects since you just immediately just bump into another wall after your slam.
