Liscenced killer idea: Isaac Foster( zack) from Angel's of death video game/anime

I think Zack would be an amazing killer in this game! (Not that he isn't already an amazing killer) for a little background on zack if you haven't played the video game or seen the anime. Zack is a serial killer with a scythe(which I would love to see a scythe in the game as a killer weapon) he is known for giving his victims 3 seconds to run before he chases after them I think his power could have something to do with a timer of three seconds and him being just really fast like he is in the game/anime. While zack chases he has this amazing sounding psychotic laugh that I think would be such a scary pursuit sound (I will include a link of his laugh) now to get into his backstory about how he became a serial killer. Zack was sent to an illegal orphanage when he was a child he had really bad burns all over his body. The people running the orphanage treated all the children badly and sometimes forget to feed them. They discover one of the children had died again from starving to death and instead of putting in the work to burying the child themselves they make zack do it without him knowing hes burying a child while burying zack fins human bones in the ground from other children who had suffered the same fate . Zack loses it and goes inside to see a guy murdering people on the TV. Zack goes to the kitchen gets a knife and murders the husband and wife looking after him. After that zack runs and finds a blind old man that takes him in. One day the old man goes out to get something and is mugged by teenagers and he dies. Zack goes out worried looking for the old man and sees what has happened. Zack couldn't take it anymore and murders the group of teenagers. And from then on he murders everyone he wants to murder. (This story isn't exact and chopped together if you want to know more I reccomend you play the game or watch the anime.) This idea is a brainstorm in the works and I will continue to develop it in Hope's that this killer can become true in the game. If anyone knows of Angel's of death and wants to help me with the brainstorming then please vote on the pole and drop your suggestions.

    I've already watched the whole anime and as much as I love Zack (husbando material) he wouldn't, by any means, fit as a killer in DbD. All of the killers seem like an unstoppable force, beings that are there just to kill you and you simply can't reason with them. Isaac is much more talkative and in the game/anime was shown a much more sensitive side of him. I know that there are some killers which also have a sensitive side, Pig, Wraith, Plague and Legion, but I can't imagine Zack having the same "brutality level" as them.
