MMR introduced a mechanic that didn't work too well, but it also gave a killer lock feature along with it. I fully understand that part.

But since mmr is deactivated at the moment can killers be allowed to switch until it gets reactivated again?

It doesn't bug me either way wether it's locked or unlocked, but this was just something I was curious about for awhile. :0c

    It's unlikely that MMR is fully disabled. I would bet that it is, in fact, still running in the background, collecting data for its rerelease. That did seem to be the biggest problem: it just assumed that everyone was bad and matched them accordingly.
