Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Should we look to console survivors x PC killers when balancing DbD? We shouldn't.

I'm not trying to descriminate nobody, just wanting to show something that I just remembered.

Why is this important? It's known that competitive games should be balanced around the most optimal players. On DbD, having mixed statistics may invalidate the data gathered to make balance changes. With cross-play, average survival rate decreased because we had a mix of platform on every match. If we balance the game towards it, PC SWFs will be out of the balance equation and become a huge problem.

So, do you think we should look only at [PC vs PC] and [console vs console] matches when balancing DbD? What are your thoughts about balancing with mixed data?

This is outdated, but it's the last one that we have in this format.
