Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Devs why if someone have an 0.1 mega of internet i get prejudicated?

In all other games if you are laggy you just start walking on walls like CS and other games

But in dbd it seems that if the killer hit you for 99999 miles away in there screen cause he have an 1 cents internet the survival get hit

I dont have programed any game so i dont know if this is normal, but in all others games this dont happen

So devs this is proposital and if it is Why?

Server-sided hit validation actually fixed this for the most part, however it was disabled because of a few kinks in the system. When they re-enable this, it should fix the issues you're having.

They are working on fixing this issue as the server atm does favour a killer with a higher ping.

It's a known issue and hopefully the system will be ready soon.

I hope they'll also find some way to block VPNs, as those are the main issue causing massive pings for everyone (and are usually a sign of hackers)
