Small suggestion for the clown adjustment patch - if the dev's haven't already thought of this?
Having clouds that don't hit, or interact with a survivor be left in the enviroment similar to plague infection.
Ie a cloud in the game now lasts 10s. A cloud with a survior running through it will probably last about 6ish seconds.
Maybe have it so that a cloud left at a location, will stay for 40s, unless a survivor runs through it (both depleting it at a faster rate) and capping the maximum time a cloud will stay up back to 10s (making it instantly go away say if the cloud has been up for 20s and a survivor runs through it to dissapate it, but show their location).
on top of this, if clown throws all his bottles, and then reloads, the longest time away placed cloud, gets replaced upon his new throw.
This would allow him to throw a bottle at a generator, and then walk away giving him a form of long lasting survellience until a survivor either runs through it, or waits it out. The scream notification could be tied to direct bottle tosses however, and clouds that haven't been up for over 16s.

With the more longer lasting clouds, more unique effects could be given to his bottles, such as a short oblivious status effect, and other madness inducing effects, to allow the clown to come out of nowhere more often. these could be basekit, or on addons.
