Hello, 30 minutes ago, I've found 3 other survivors and a killer, the game starts and one minute after this, the killer rage quit I don't know why but ... I think that's ok ? I mean, that is not a murder or anything so never mind. The problem is that I have had a prohibition to play for 1H even if it is the killer who left the game ... ######### ?? That make no sense, I have seen the end game menu, then, I've returned to the main menu and I've seen this ... yes, I'm angry so I say here that I am ... that's all, thanks for reading and good day/night. 😐

You don't get an hour ban without a pattern of disconnects. Perhaps you don't think you disconnected, but your internet might have gone and what you saw doesn't match the reality of what everyone else (or the system) tracked. It sounds like you need to get your personal system requirements and/or internet sorted before continuing to play before you end up with an even longer ban.
