So is victor supposed to stop people from leaving after Charlotte downs them or not??? I thought they said they were changing that. I’m so confused because I just downed someone in the gate with victor on their back and they crawled right out.

    They said they fixed it. But based one what other people have said I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Still have to find out for myself.

    Oh and also aren't they unable to unhook?
