Trickster's entire main event can be countered...
By any small rock or obstacle. Just run around it in a circle as while Killer is 92% Ms.
Bonus: Trickster cannot even moonwalk since they can't stop throwing ahaha
Or just hop in a locker. Remember the last Killer power countered by lockers? Seems to be a trend!

It has such a small tell as well that I don't even notice it being used most times. It's such an underwhelming power

You can actually get in a locker and force him into his fatigue too

Just crouching can do it too.

he's far too slow to be useful and you just run around a rock and never get it

Isn't Trickster default speed (110% m/s) during Main Event though, or is that still bugged from PTB?

He definitely runs slower.
Also, even if he does run 110%, running around a rock still counters him as he needs direct LoS on survivor which can be tricky to accomplish when running around the rock since survivor moves by a smaller trajectory than the killer because of smaller hitbox.

Incorrect, tragically. If you read the wording carefully, you do not get slowed by additional knife throws. Default Knife throwing MS is 92% which is what you get during Main Event.
If you continue throwing knifes (normally) you will get steadily slowed down to roughly 60% MS.
