Crowd Control, or, if you can get it, Bamboozle. He needs the blocked windows to be anyway decent.

It is a better, more consistent perk on this killer. He can't rely on totems to get powered up.

Crowd Controls not good enough to be a hex. If you want blocked windows take Bamboozle.

True it should block the window regardless of the vaulting speed (slow/medium/fast).
