Every other match so far we've got down to 3 gens left over and I've had constant abuse from the killers straight after they've rage quit?
One being the perks I'm using makes me a cheater of the game. Obviously I'm not massively upset about the chat they just get read and deleted, sometimes reported if any swearing, threats or insults is involved.
However, my perks being Deliverance kindred, iron will and lithe... apparently shouldn't be allowed for survivors to use because it makes it almost impossible for him to catch me bare in mind this particular player had ruin, noed, bbq and exposed on. He said it was impossible to touch the 4 of us but he downed and hooked 2 and having 3 gens left over?
He quit literally as he was chasing me and me vaulting through a window. I mean was I supposed to not of done that and stood still?
DCing seems to be a massive issue lately both sides. Survivor and killer....
Was also going in solo as well so had no communication with the other 3. Was I doing something wrong? Or rule breaking?

Nope! You were doing as was right for you. Those players you came across are perhaps just amazingly bitter that they're not good enough. Disconnecting after using of Lithe really doesn't deserve even insults!
Killers who are willing to learn and adapt will find ways of playing the trial to their advantage.
Afterall, you've paid for this game to play what you feel is the most enjoyable build for you!

Some people are just textbook scrubs, don't worry about it.
Killer didn't pretend I don't exist just because I was the last survivor unhooked, even if they randomly found me 50 seconds after I got off the hook? Naughty tunneler! A survivor took a single hit for a teammate on the way out of the exit gate? Or displayed any other kind of even the most basic kind of teamwork? Clearly SWF! And any other silly stuff like that.
It's pointless to try to understand it, it's just people looking for excuses 99% of the time. Say gg or nothing and move on.

Always best to read and delete. Let them be infuriated more the fact they've been given no response 😉
