When will the damned "locomotion" animations be fixed, it's been 4 months

We have been stuck with stiff broken animations for the past "4 god damn months" now despite them saying they where going to be working on them and fixing them but nothing, the one change I was most exited about, destroyed and swept under the damn rug.

I'm getting sick of waiting man, I miss the sound design of the new movement too

Survivors complained about the new animations and this was the hot fix and what you get to keep. Didn't you want stiff, unrealistic movement so you can wiggle and spin with no directional tell?

Dude I really liked the new animations when they came out, sure they needed a bit of tweaking but I loved them. But then the idiotic players started complaining constantly about "harder" 360's and moonwalks "neither are neccacery to the game" therefore should not have been a priority and so on, and then the devs ruined this by being lazy and not doing what they said they where going to do, but instead removing the transitions for all animations entirely when all they said they would and had to do was turning animations....I'm pissed cause the animation update was one of my most looked forward to changes, and the one that made me the most happy, but then I get pissed right in my face and have to wait probably another decade for the "tweaks" as they called them. here's what they said here on the forms regarding the further work they lied about ......

    SURVIVOR LOCOMOTION

We are also reviewing feedback for the new Survivor animations. While the movement itself hasn’t changed, new animations and transitions can make your character feel different to control. We want this transition to be as smooth as possible, so we are looking into the following:

    • Removing camera position changes
    • Fixing some animation bugs
    • Reviewing turning animation to better reflect the old animations [they haven't done or said anything about this for 4 months yet..]

We are tentatively planning to address some of these issues starting alongside the next Chapter. Please note that this is by no means a comprehensive list and we are still actively discussing feedback, including possible causes for motion sickness. Its been two chapters and nothing.

I liked the new animations too. Anything that can make DBD less janky is a plus in my eyes.

I miss them so damn much dude, the game was starting to feel good and immersive as survivor, I absolutely hated the old animations prior to the animation updater and the now broken ones we have currently.
