Scratch Mark's, foot steps bugged?

I know I haven't played for a week (event finished and no dc penalties) but god damn my tracking use to be way better than this, scratch Mark's have huge gaps for no reason and people arent making noise when they run?
Anyone else getting this?

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing it. Honestly hope this gets fixed asap

I noticed that for Spirit. You can't hear footsteps at all when you enter phase, although I can still hear it clearly when I'm not in phase
