Bug Console PS4 - Can not play with a specific person

Hello Everybody,
Latelly I am having problems to play with a specific person on console PS4.
Every time we get we try to play together, the game tear us down on the lobby and we come back to the menus. We only can play together when there is a third person playing and creating a lobby.
There is no way , we tried all the possibilities and it is impossible to play with him.
Please see what you guys can do it and how to solve this problem. It seems there is an error on ou ID. We play normally with other people without any mistake.
