is Dragon's Grip broken?
I ran a couple matches with Dragon's Grip last night, and it didn't seem to be working. I'd kick a gen, and I'd see the cooldown start on Dragon's Grip, but then a survivor would work on the gen without screaming and without being exposed as far as I could tell.
Maaaaybe it was always a survivor with the quiet perk, but I doubt it.

I just used it as pinhead and it works for me. Kicked a gen, a survivor screamed, I one shoted them.

No because their are 8 gens. Best Case scenario you three gen and you can proxy guard one with dragon's Grip, but even then multiple survivors on a gen will render it moot. Because it has negative synergy with ruin and is essentially worse off then Pop, it's not worth running unless you're meming in which case I Recommend: Mindbreaker, Discordance, tinkerer along Side dragons grip. Disabling exhausition perks, being undetectable and knowing when their is multiple survivors on a gen is pretty funny build.

Did they have Calm Spirit? I think that perk prevents screaming.

I've definitely seen it in a couple of games recently and it works.
You're probably making the mistake of expecting the duration to match the cooldown like Make Your Choice.
Dragon's Grip goes on an 80 second cooldown which is shown on the perk when you kick the gen, however it only affects the gen for 30 seconds, meaning after that they can touch the gen without screaming or being exposed, but your perk is still on cooldown, having done nothing.
It's not exactly the strongest perk, it could quite easily be changed to have the effect and cooldown match.
