It's for sure the most disturbing mori in the game. However, it's an M rated game that's supposed to be survival horror. This is the kind of nonsense I signed up for.

For me personally, it's incredibly hard for me to be fazed by any Mori when Mortal Kombat exist. That's not me criticizing DBD at all; it's just that Mortal Kombat has set the bar insanely high as far as nasty kill animations.

Good news for folks who don't like the horror or gore side of this game... There are other asymmetrical 4v1 games out there that you can play. Some of them are cartoony so you don't have to worry about this gross stuff.
It's a staple of this game. It's like complaining about guns in shooters.

Toning down the mori? What about Oni who literally rips out your tongue? Bubba who chainsaws you in half? Hag who eats your insides? Legion who cuts you down the middle? Clown who cuts off your finger after stomping on your head? Deathslinger who shoots a harpoon through your mouth? Plague who pukes all over your character?
Not to mention that this game is rated 18+. If parents aren't keeping an eye on their children and keeping them out of games that are too mature for them then that's on the parents. Devs have no obligation to adjust their game for a younger audience that's not even supposed to be playing it.

I mean, Pinhead's mori reflect him (since they removed the damn lines), now if it was the movie version, we talking whole lot different then again, some other killers are worse, Pinhead is just satisfying
