The Cenobite: three suggested changes

The Cenobite is a killer with high potential, but at the moment he clearly needs some changes. Here are some suggestions, that will not make he OP:

  1. Chains now take 1.5 seconds to break;
  2. Breaking a chain with environment will cause a passive chain to chase the survivor until its manually released (this alredy happens, but if the chain fails, it simply disapears);
  3. The cooldown to start a chain hunt timer after a survivor resolves the lament configuration is 15 seconds.

My english is in progress, so forgive me for any errors in writting :)

    I believe his lament and chain hunt is fine, and actually base time to remove chains is fine. I personally just think that when a chain is broke, it should spawn two passive chains instantly, instead of delayed like they are now. Would make him feel much better against objects. Other than that, he feels wonderful to me and is a solid B tier, maybe even A tier

    The box is mostly fine I think, he just needs changes to his possessed chains. I'm partial to making 4 chains attach to a survivor upon hit instead of 3, because it'll maintain the environmental breakage counterplay without needlessly buffing Chain Hunt.

    I don't think the breaking chain time is fine, but i'm not sure about this.

    I don't believe the chain hunt time is ok, it's 90 seconds for the chain hunt to activate and 45 seconds of cooldown after a survivor resolves the lament configuration, totaling 135 seconds. Considering the average time of a match, 2 minutes and 15 seconds is excessive. That's why I believe a cooldown decrease is necessary.

    Two extra chains when one is broken would turn his purple addon into a base kit, it would be nice, but it would still be problematic on indoor maps.
