Wraith's 'Wailing Bell' description/information needs to be updated.

When I got into DBD about 6 months ago after owning it for a while, one of the first Killers I learnt how to play the game properly as (after originally touching nurse and having no idea how to play), his wailing bell description doesn't tell you all the necessary information to know how it works. There are at least 2 things that needed to be added in it's the description - the first is for it to say that he has no terror radius while cloaked (when I first started I use to cloak and stand still with insidious not realizing that I didn't need the perk). The 2nd is that he goes completely invisible when standing still while cloaked as that is not mentioned either, all it says is "grants near total invisibility". Another thing I feel should be added is also to the nurses powers should mention that she can attack after blinking. The reason it took me about a year to open up DBD again after playing it originally is because when I first got the game, there was no tutorial and very little help for new players. So, after choosing to play as the nurse because I thought she looked the coolest/scariest, I was blinking across the map, wondering why I couldn't catch up to a survivor and hit them after staring at the ground half the game. I had no idea I could attack after blinking. Anyway, just my input :)

    Is the Wraith invisible when he stands still?? I thought that was an add-on that doesn't exist anymore?

    If he's cloaked and doesn't move, he's completely invisible.
