Stalking survivors in Tier 1 fills Evil in them.

Stalking survivors in Tier 1 fills the "Return of the Evil". After the end of Tier 3, a hidden Exposed status effect will be applyed to all the survivors marked by "Return of the Evil" (similar to NOED before first hit) for 45 seconds. The rate of refilling of Evil in survivors increases at a distance and decreases as they get closer.

After Tier 3 ends, Michael returns to Tier 1
