Replacement for Demigorgon
So, with Demigorgon going away, I had an idea. Replace Demigorgon with a Werewolf. Itll be an Original character, so no need for licensing. The lunge power remains the same, and obviously the portals go away. But the twist is that the Werewolf starts the match as a human, with the same 3rd person as survivors and can fast vault windows AND pallets, but cant attack in human form. A short animation allows you to burst into werewolf form and you get the lunge attack, and either manual return to human or cooldown forces the change.
This gives a lot of cosmetic options for both the human and werewolf forms. Perks would need to be created/reworked, but for the most part they still work.

Demogorgon is not going ANYWHERE, the DLC won't be purchasable anymore, but if you already bought him you will still be able to play as him. Same thing for Nancy and Steve.
You proposed a new killer, that's fine, but the only thing it shares with Demo is the shred, and they would much likely need to speak with Netflix before being able to change his power.
Don't touch Demo, he's a good boi
